What's your story?

VERTIGO I sail my Coronado 15 "Vertigo" in as heavy a wind as my friends can stand. This will give us full planing speed in excess of 25kts before we get knocked down. Guess that explains the name. RAINBOW'S END Have traded in our 36' Pearson "Dream Chaser" for a 44' Morgan. We'll be naming her "Rainbow's End". This is as close to our dream boat as we'll ever get and consider this the end of the rainbow and the beginning of a new life as we move on board this summer and sail from Boston to San Diego this fall. ENTROPY is the name of our Sigma 38 lying at Yarmouth, IoW. Since it is a measure of the chaos, disorder or unavailable work in a system it seemed appropriate. Bruise is the dinghy we use to get out to Entropy, named because it's just a little tender. ISABELLA BLUE While trying to think of a name I was doing research on my family tree. I discovered that my great great grandmothers's maiden name was Isabella blue and she died while on route to the new world and was buried at sea. Also my mother's name is Isabella. I now believe that my boat has a guardian angel in the form of my dead ancester. TO LIVE AND DIE IN FLA I was born in NY and have lived in Califormia and Florida and driven across the USA and I haven't found a place I'd rather be so when I bought my first boat a formula F1 the name just popped into mind. © 1993-2017 Marine Graphics, Inc.
