Five kids plus mom and pop make 7 C's.

COWARDLY LION
After a series of events in my life, I found myself relating to this character in the Wizard of Oz. My course of life and courage seemed to parallel his story. Our dinks name is Little Dog Too. It just sounded better than Toto.

RED PHEONIX
A C&C 36 sailed out of Bremerton, WA. This was a replacement for the yacht "Big Red" (also a C&C 36) destroyed by an alcohol fire as it rose out of the ashes to sail again.

DHYANA
According to Robert Persig in his sailboat sequel to "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance," "dhyana" is the Buddhist term for a state of meditative ecstacy. He thought it ideally described the sailing experience. So do I.

BROR BAVER (BROTHER BEAVER)
