3RD TIMES A CHARM My wife and I have both been married twice before and this is our third marriage (14 years). Also this is our third boat together. We thought it seemed fitting that our new/used 1988 25' Sports Craft OffShore would be the best of the three as is our marriage. We plan on cruising and fishing the new boat, as soon as I can get her fully operational and configured to our standards. NYE TIME Our Mainship 34III became"Nye Time"when we acquired her in January of this year. Both my wife and I (the Nyes) have a British heritage and it seemed like a good idea to play off the British word"nigh"meaning it's time to do or say something. In our case, it was time to acquire a larger boat! MIGHTY SQUIRT My wife named my boat, no doubt due to it being a small, but"mighty"13 foot Boston Whaler Super Sport. I couldn't imagine any other reason... HAD A FIT because on coming back from a business trip in Mexico and seeing my 20' Mako in the driveway my wife had a fit!! Can't be simpler as that! FRUEN TAPTE Spelled in English"My Wife Lost"after arguing about if we should by a motorboat or a sailboat. The boat is a Dehler 25 sailer, so you see she lost. - Per E Kristiansen, Asker Norway REDRUM Which as anybody who is a Jack Nicolson fan remembers REDRUM from one of my favorite movies"The Shining". REDRUM is a Wellcraft 196XL Eclipse, bright red & white. My wife and I have always liked the name, and tend to use it when around little"psycho"children.
