My boat's name is Principal Interest. Our last name is Prince, I used to be an investment banker, and boating is our family's principal interest!!

ALBERTINA
We bought already named. Albertina is not an unusual boatname in Sweden, partly because one of our most popular songwriters, Evert Taube wrote a song about a ship with that name. Our sailing yacht, though, has her name merely because the first owners surname is Albertsson..

DIRT MERCHANT
I sell & develop raw land, waterfront, large acreage etc,. Years ago I used to talk shop on C.B radio with a guy named the Dirt Merchant. I thought it might be appropriate given my dirt merchanting got me my boat.. I was up at Roach Harbor and this lady walked up and was admiring my boat & its name. I looked over the rail and she said "hmm ..let me guess..you are a gossip columnist for a newspaper or periodical?".At that point I thought about changing occupations!!

LUNATIC FRINGE
She's a 9' 10" class A racing hydroplane with a bad attitude and a large appetite for engine parts. Mahogany and air craft composite construction, powered by a 25 hp Hurricane, and weighing 110 lbs. loaded she loves to use canoes as racing buoys.
