Refund Policy for Design Services
Due to the nature of custom design work, refunds are not provided once the design process has begun. Here’s why:
1. Time and Resources: Design work involves significant time, effort, and creative resources. Once invested, these cannot be recouped.
2. Custom Creation: Each design is uniquely crafted for you based on your specific requirements.
3. Intellectual Property: When we begin work, we provide you with valuable ideas and concepts. Even if you choose not to use the final product, you’ve gained insight from our creative process.
4. Digital Nature: Design files are digital products that cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
5. Project Commitment: Accepting a design project means declining other work, impacting our scheduling and revenue.
To ensure your satisfaction:
– We offer detailed consultations before project commencement.
– We provide progress updates and opportunities for feedback throughout the design process. – We offer revision rounds as specified in your contract.

Refund Policy for Custom Graphics
When it comes to the vinyl graphics, including custom stripes all sales are final. Unless they are damaged in transit, we wouldn’t need those back. In that case we’d get another copy out upon receipt of the damaged goods.
We can’t restock custom graphics for sale, since they’re so unique to your boat and tastes. If there is a problem during installation that requires a reprint, we’ll sell you another at a substatial discount. We like happy customers!
Our durable graphics marine grade boat graphics should weather fading, cracking and peeling for 8 years, contact us for a replacement at no cost if you see this happening within that time!
Refund Policy for Standard Striping
Regarding other items that aren’t customized with your boat logo like installation kits or standard one color rolls of striping. These can be returned for a full refund to
