SECOND SUN

Origin: Sometime around 1970, rising superstar Neil Diamond released the little-known album, “Velvet Gloves and Spit.” Buried in that album was a wonderful little song titled “Sunday Sun.” It included the line “Sunday Sun, when you’re out, get to feelin’ like I want to smile.” Our first boat was named “Sunday Sun” after the song. When we purchased our second boat in 1983, the logical name became “Second Sun.”
