Yellowknife, Northwest Territories – Canada. Three of us got together last winter over a bottle of rum and decided to go “time-share” on a sailboat. One partner went down to Vancouver and scouted, while myself and the remaining partner started the finance end. Well, before you knew it, we had ourselves a 26 foot Reinell transported from British Columbia to Yellowknife. Perfect little Winnebago on Water for the 12 weeks we enjoy it here in the Canadian Arctic. She’s docked at Sail North/Pier 1 on Great Slave Lake. Over much debate, we couldn’t decide what to call her as each one of us had several choices.
